After a disaster with one of our USB memory sticks (it had practically disintegrated) and fearing we had lost all the data, we were relieved, to say the least, when North Computers managed to recover everything on it.Their ongoing advice has ensured that we have few problems (and certainly no lasting ones) with our IT systems and they have even supplied multiple monitors for our PCs, increasing our productivity tremendously.We would have no hesitation in recommending North Computers to any business needing comprehensive and cost effective IT support with that all important "personal touch".

Saul & John at Solitude make a great team. With Saul dealing with my IT queries on the phone diagnosing the problem and then getting John to come out and fix it. Had a potential catastrophe concerning software that we use to securely store all our passwords. Following a software update, we lost the lot! After a couple of frustrating and worrying days trying to resolve it with the the software suppliers I gave up and contacted Saul. Although he (not surprisingly) had not had any direct experience of the software, he had researched it online before he visited so was fully aware of how it should function. He very calmly, reassuringly and quickly came up with a possible solution which worked first time! My only regret is that I hadn?t called him two days earlier. To sum up? a timely, good value, competent and friendly service that I would recommend to anyone.?

After purchasing a New Dell Laptop I was horrified that after 4 months and several update later it decided to give up the ghost. As expected under warranty I took it back to the supplier but to no avail! At the end of my tether I received a flyer through my door from North Computers and thought 'its worth a try' I called the free phone number and the call was answered immediately. The technician was very friendly and understanding. Within 12 hours the laptop was collected. I was called 2 days later with the great news it was fixed! With full details of the diagnosis which was explained in a way which I could understand! It was returned to me the next following day. Excellent customer services and minimal hassle! Thank you to Saul and James who were very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

My ipad is probably the most important piece of equipment we use in our company, as our business is strictly image based & our ipad contains all our work so we can show it to our clients.So when the screen was completely smashed whilst attending a networking event, it was a real problem for us, as the insurance would not cover it & Apple wanted 200 pounds to replace it.A fellow professional had mentioned he had a similar problem with his ipad & that he had taken it to North Computers to be fixed for a fraction of the cost and in no time at all.This was also the case with repairing mine, I was so impressed with your work and proud to call you a fellow BNI member so I can referrer you with confidence every time.

I can honestly say you‘ve delivered a valuable service hence why i have signed up to an annual maintenance contract. Regardless what member of staff I have dealt with, they were always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Response was quick and I am always kept in the loop. Couldn't ask for anything more.
