Throughout my life I have amassed a huge range of experience that has led me to where I am today. I believe that every decision I have made along the way has perfectly prepared me for setting up and running my computer repair company North Computers.
After studying electronics for three years to further develop my technical ability, I started working in the IT industry where I have extensively broadened my skills and knowledge within the field. With this I honed my customer service skills, ensuring I have the right qualifications, knowledge and attitude providing my customers the very best service possible.
In my first role as an electrical supervisor I perfected my managerial skills and continued to further enhance the quality of my customer interaction. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to customers on a daily basis and quickly realised that my outgoing and personable demeanour made working with people an obvious choice for my future plans.
While all this was going on I was also learning to become a personal trainer and nutritionist in my spare time. Doing this gave me a whole new lease for life and even more drive and ambition than I’d ever had before.
However, it wasn’t all plain sailing, as I was later made redundant from the supervising position that I loved. Rather than giving up, I used my new-found determination to start a business of my own – and that’s how North Computers came into being.
To ensure my new venture was a success,
I took it upon myself to study as a Microsoft Engineer.
This prestigious qualification puts me ahead of all of my main competitors and provides an official seal of approval that can be trusted by not only businesses but everyday people like you and I.
Five years on and I still have my sights set firmly on providing an unbeatable service at a reasonable price. I pride myself and my company on delivering exceptional advice, service and customer relations and aim to become the first name people think of when they need any IT support or computer repairs service.
It is this enthusiasm and positive mental attitude that makes me certain that North Computers will continue to go from strength to strength for a long time to come.
